General terms and conditions of business

All agreements between the guest and Pension Angelika are generally governed by the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006), unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.

Booking and contract conclusion

By making a booking, the guest submits a binding offer. A reservation becomes binding upon our written booking confirmation.

Prices and local tax

The prices quoted are per person per night or as per the agreed offer. The legally required local tax will be charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10 am.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, there is generally no entitlement to a refund of unused services.

payment

The payment terms and any agreed deposits will be announced in the respective booking confirmation.

cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation policy of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) applies unless otherwise agreed in the booking confirmation. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

pets

Pets are allowed in our house upon request.

Non-smoking house

Our rooms and public indoor areas are non-smoking. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge for any necessary special cleaning or further damages.

Liability

Pension Angelika is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions and the regulations of the AGBH 2006. The statutory liability provisions apply to personal belongings and valuables brought onto the premises.

Final Provisions

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.
